The best way to serve this tea: Infuse with water just off the boil.  It can be served hot or cold.

 

For those who appreciate a tipple at the end of a long summer’s day, it can be turned into a syrup and added to champagne or sparkling wine. For an alcohol free alternative, add lemonade to the chilled infusion.
