This traditional masala chai creates a fragrant creamy tea, using high quality Assam and spices.

The best way to serve this tea: Brew in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Best served with milk.  Can also be enjoyed as Spiced Milk Tea.  Heat a pan of milk, add a measure of tea.  Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 mins. Pour through a tea strainer.

Ingredients: Indian Assam Black Tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Red Peppercorns.
